Inspired by the form, texture and palette of its context, Botanika evolved from an initial formal massing response to the site’s parameters to become a sensitive insertion in the existing landscape and fabric of the Holland Road area. Set amid a framework of mature rain trees, the site offers an opportunity to create a residential resort enclave, a place to retreat from the pace of urban life while enjoying close connections to the city.
