SCDA's design for Ayala Land's Park Central Towers was featured in three major Philippine publications. The high end residential towers will rest on a vast 15,860-square metre parcel adjacent to another Ayala Land Premier project, the Roxas Triangle Towers—completing the Roxas Triangle block.
The building’s unique architectural design includes special four-storey high common spaces called Sky Terraces that will house either a gym, swimming pools, residents’ lounge or spas.
